Happy New Year and welcome to the PJM Consulting Newsletter--Winter 2016 Edition.                                             

The weather seems to be out-of-sorts and changing everywhere. In the Western US we're moving from an extreme drought to a forecast of historic rains this coming year. In the Eastern and Midwestern US the Holiday Season more closely resembled a vacation in Florida than typical late December weather.

Are the software and hardware tech businesses as "off kilter" as the weather, or are things moving along at a normal pace for this stage of our economic cycle? I'd love to hear about the "micro" situation of your particular company & market as well as how your business stands relative to the overall "macro" economy.
