I think that it&#039;s possible to motivate a sales person with that kind of track record via compensation--but not likely. If the reason that they&#039;ve been underperforming is that they feel undercompensated vs. the market, are putting their time into finding a better paying positions, etc., then possibly yes. If it&#039;s for another reason such as they aren&#039;t by nature hard working, they are struggling to understand the product technically, aren&#039;t good at relationships, etc. then if won&#039;t matter what you offer them.</description>
