It's again time for the PJM Consulting Newsletter-Summer 2016 Edition. I hope that your summer (for those in the northern hemisphere) is off to a great start and your business is performing well.  


This quarter's newsletter is focused on several topics that need to be considered very carefully in the C-Suites of software and hardware companies.


We have three new articles for your review. One provides a viewpoint on the art of "following" as an under-developed skill among many tech company leaders which is important and valuable, even for the most prominent executives in the industry. A second article takes a stand on the importance of broad equity participation in a software or hardware company's success. The final offering this month explores the pros and cons of the potentially very large investment in remote  corporate offices.
