A company culture can be an big strategic advantage if it’s perceived as highly positive – or a big disadvantage if it’s not. Building a positive corporate culture is an often discussed topic, to which there is no real “right” answer. Defining a culture is a squishy, inexact science, but that shouldn’t deter you from focusing time and energy to make it as good as can be. But how do you know when you get there?
